Preserving The Character Of Mt Laurel

 

In an effort to preserve the character of Mt Laurel and protect the aesthetic appeal of properties in Mt Laurel, we have the Neighborhood Codes, Covenants and Restrictions(CCRs), Landscape Regulations, a Design Code and a Design Review Board in place.  

 

The Overview of the Covenants is a guide and easy reference tool that highlights the most common areas of concern for the residents of Mt Laurel Neighborhood Association. For full definitions, explanations and details of the rules governing our community, please refer to the Full Covenants.

The Violation/Notification Resolution Process is outlined below. 

 

Property owners should familiarize themselves with the CCRs before beginning any changes to a home, structure or yard and contact the Design Review Board for approval.
